I am a Master’s level therapist and an LMHC (LH60848382) in the state of Washington. I graduated from Antioch University Seattle with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Previously, I graduated from Colorado State University with a Degree in Human Development and Family Studies.

During my graduate training I completed a yearlong internship at Ahimsa Counseling Services, Seattle’s leading Buddhist Psychology Private Practice. Additionally, I gained experience working with low-income and abused women and children when providing therapy in various women’s homeless Shelters in Seattle. My way of practicing is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy, as well as incorporating Buddhist Psychology and Existential approaches. In addition, I incorporate mindfulness meditation and mind and body approaches with appropriate clients.
I am committed to my growth in this field as a therapist and as a person. I participate in weekly consultation groups. I am a member of the American Counseling Association as well as the Seattle Counselors Association. Involvement in current trainings are of utmost importance to my practice.
